Lost & Found ( Including People )

Prior to heading to the Belchertown Fair, make sure everyone in your group knows where the Gazebo is should you become seperated from each other. All Fair-Goers, especially children, should be familiar with where the Gazebo is and what it looks like. It is located on Park Street, across the street from the Congregational Church & Parish House. There is always someone in the Gazebo that will be able to assist in finding any "lost parents". In addition, there is a direct line of contact between the Fair Volunteers and the Belchertown Police. Should you become seperated from someone and wish to call, the phone number at the Gazebo is 413-323-9710.

• Found items should be brought to the Gazebo.
• Items that have been lost, should be reported to the Gazebo - all attempts to return them will be made.
• There is NOT the ability to make any announcements from the Gazebo
